Q: I want to hold my event at The Farm. How can I do that?

Welcome! You’re in the right place!  We’re thrilled that you’ve chosen the Farm on Adderley for your event.  Here’s some useful information that you’ll need to know when booking the restaurant for an event.

Q: What is your maximum capacity?

Answer:

We can accommodate up to 110 people, with the garden, for seated brunch or dinner events. Tents are available.

Q: Do you offer beverage packages?

Answer:

No. Pricing for beverages is based on consumption. If your party is over 20 guests, we will have you choose wine in advance. You are welcome to limit the bar as you wish, and we will work with you to stay within your budget.

Q: How many people constitutes a full restaurant rental?

Answer:

If you have over 40 guests, you must rent out the entire restaurant.

Q: I have 40 – 50 guests. Is it possible to rent only part of the restaurant?

Answer:

If your party is over 40 guests, we require you to rent out the entire restaurant.

Q: What are the hours of full restaurant rental?

Answer:

For brunch parties, the time frame is 10:30am – 4pm. For dinner, you will have the space from 5:30pm – 12am.

Q: Can I bring my own alcohol or wine?

Answer:

You are welcome to bring your own wine, but we do have a $15/bottle corking fee. No other outside beverages are permitted.

Q: Do you have a cake cutting fee?

Answer:

We have a $3/person fee for ANY outside desserts. This fee is waived if you are renting out the entire restaurant.

Q: Can I view the restaurant and meet with someone about my event?

Answer:

Absolutely! We will be happy to set up a meeting and go over the details of your event. Please indicate when you would like to come by in the Booking Form.

Q: What is included in the rental fee?

Answer:

White linen and votive candles are included.

Q: We have a venue booked. Where do we go from here?

Answer:

In the Booking Form, please indicate any venue details, including rental equipment requirements.

Q: I filled out the Booking Form. What happens next?

Answer:

You will receive a response within 48 hours.

Q: Can I hold my ceremony in the Restaurant?

Answer:

Of course! We have done ceremonies in the restaurant.
